Built on decades of clinical experience—not your typical, generic brain game trends and activities.
Brain Blossom™ was created to help individuals move through gaps in development with confidence, clarity, and connection, all without adding pressure to your day.
Unlike generic “brain games,” every level of Brain Blossom is carefully structured around the hierarchies of brain development. That means each exercise track, level, or game is designed to follow the natural order in which the brain and body are meant to grow. This targeted specificity helps individuals revisit skipped steps, process more effectively, and engage with their world more fully.
Built on the same whole-to-part developmental model used by FOCUS Certified providers, Brain Blossom blends movement, sensory engagement, and visual cognitive challenge and learning games into short, manageable activities you can use at home or in a clinical setting.
We know that a child develops best through predictability, connection, and play—and this program is built to support just that.
What We Mean by “Blossom”
Think of your child’s brain like a flower. Growth doesn’t happen all at once, it unfolds in stages, from the inside-out, bottom-up.
And, just like a flower responds to its environment, your child’s development is shaped by more than genetics. Stress, sensory challenges, life transitions, and gaps in early brain-body milestones can lead to what we call Neuro-Deflective Behaviors™—the little (or big) things that interfere with your child’s ability to learn, connect, communicate, and regulate.
Brain Blossom helps your child revisit these developmental stages and restore the developmental gaps through targeted brain-body games that are appropriately paced, easy to implement, and designed for real progress over time.
Who It’s For
Whether your child is:

Struggling with regulation, attention, or learning

Experiencing big emotions or social overwhelm

Dealing with sensory challenges or stress responses

Just not quite clicking in the classroom or at home

Or perhaps is doing okay, but you want to support healthy development from a brain-body-mind perspective
…Brain Blossom gives you a path forward that makes sense—without overwhelming you or your child.
All you need is a few minutes a day, a partner to play with, and a growth mindset. We’ll provide the rest.
The 3 Branches of Brain Blossom

Clinical Program
Offered by FOCUS Certified providers and Brain Blossom Centers. This is the most customized path—blending home and in-office tools to support complex developmental needs.

Educational Program
Guides, games, and (coming soon) an app for providers, educators, and families looking to better understand the brain-body connection and support kids through structured movement and visual cognitive games.

Family Program
At-home tools for parents and caregivers looking for practical, encouraging support that fits into everyday life—no certification required.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. And you don’t have to do everything at once. Brain Blossom gives you structure, language, and simple ways to support your child through their own unique journey.
Meet the Creator
The Brain Blossom™ Program was developed by Dr. Amy Spoelstra, a leading educator in brain-based chiropractic and pediatric development.
Dr. Amy has spent almost two decades working with families, training providers, and helping clinicians better understand how to support kids with behavioral, learning, and socialization challenges—without getting lost in protocols or guesswork.
She’s the founder of FOCUS Academy, a training institute for chiropractors and brain-based professionals around the world, and the creator of the Neuro-Deflective Behaviors™ model and whole-to-part care approach used throughout Brain Blossom.
Everything in this program comes from real experience—with real kids, real families, and real results.
